- If you have a VPN enabled, try disabling it. If you need to use a VPN to access CamSoda, you may try a different VPN.
- Restart your internet / router if experiencing network issues.
- Check if your browser or device is in need of an update.
- Restart your device.
If you're broadcasting from a mobile device, here are a few additional recommendations:
- Improve your signal strength.
- Toggle airplane mode on and off.
- Try switching between wi-fi and mobile data.
- Ensure your device is charged and that no other apps are running in the background.
