Broadcasting Room Overview on CamSoda
CamSoda's broadcasting platform is designed to be user-friendly, supporting both desktop and mobile broadcasting. This guide provides an overview of the features and layout to help models navigate and utilize the system effectively.
Desktop Broadcasting
Setup and Streaming:
- Recommended Browser: Google Chrome is recommended for optimal functionality.
- Stream Window: Positioned on the left, this is where you'll broadcast your live video. Within this window, you can:
- Choose your camera and microphone.
- Select streaming resolution (auto-detected).
- Flip camera playback horizontally.
- Enable or disable cam2cam feature.
Control Panel:
- Below the Stream Window:
- Monitor stream time and session earnings.
- Enable OBS broadcasting.
- Manage various aspects such as private messages, Snapchat sale settings, and more.
Chat and Interaction:
- Chat Window: Located on the right, this section allows you to:
- Interact with fans and viewers.
- View tip stats per viewer.
- Control room settings and guest interactions.
Customization and Management:
- From the chat area, you can also:
- Tap on the Show Types button to set up a Tip Menu and Lovense interactive toys.
- Customize chat preferences, including font and emoticons.
- Manage user/guest permissions and room notices.
Additional Features:
- The page includes sections for media sales, personal bio, and an Amazon Wishlist.
- Along the bottom of your browser on the right, you will always see a Message Center tab displayed where you can also send and manage private messages and Friends.
Mobile Broadcasting
Mobile-Specific Features:
- While similar to the desktop experience, the mobile layout is optimized for streaming on smartphones. You will not be able to view your entire profile in the same way you would on CamSoda's desktop version.
- Settings and controls are accessible through tabs that are designed to keep your stream visible while making adjustments.
- Mobile broadcasting offers the flexibility to stream from any location with a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Your default camera will be your front-facing (selfie) cam, but you may switch it by tapping the camera flip icon.
