My recording is missing from my collection or broken. How do I fix this?
If you have purchased a recording from a model and it is missing from your collection or broken, our team will quickly look into the matter for you!
- If it has been more than two hours since your recording ended, please contact [email protected]. Note: If your recording is of a longer than average duration (an hour or more), it may take a bit longer than two hours to process and show in your collection.
