My media is not playing properly. How do I fix it?
If your media is not playing properly, we recommend the following:
- Make sure that you're using a recommended browser (Chrome or Safari)
- Try being on a strong connection (wi-fi or wired in, rather than a mobile network)
- If you're using a VPN, try turning it off
- If you need to use a VPN to access CamSoda, try a different VPN
